Sound Healing is something that called to me when I was in a desperate place. I had no idea it would take me where it has taken me. I resisted the call to share it with others for a long time. The call became too loud to ignore, so I’m here, fully sharing sound. What is Sound Healing? It’s so many things, but for those who aren’t fully familiar with it, here are a few basics. Sound vibrates from various instruments like crystals singing bowls, rain sticks, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, the list goes on. These vibrations gently, and naturally move human brainwave states into a relaxed theta brainwave state. I think we can all agree we need more relaxation in our lives, but most of us struggle to know how to achieve true relaxation. That’s where sound vibrations come in. Have you always desired to learn to meditate, but felt as though it was unattainable? I remember many times in my life I’d “try” to meditate and it never seemed to work. Sound Healing changed all of that for me. You don’t have to try with sound, you just have to allow it to sweep you away. What happens after you’ve been swept off your feet by sound?
